Payment
We currently accept most insurance including Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, First Choice Health, Healthcare Management Administrators, Humana, LifeWise, Premera, Regence, Regence Group Administrators, and United Healthcare. We also accept Medicaid (Apple Health) plans through United Healthcare and Wellpoint, as well as Medicare, CHAMPVA, and L&I.
We bill as a primary care provider. Please contact your insurance company to verify your benefits with us before scheduling an appointment.
You can also sign up for our Direct Primary Care Membership or pay us directly for an individual visit. The cost for a 30-minute visit is $150.
